“Hosted” Software Model Extends Tessitura Software Availability

RAMP by Tessitura Network™ is a Remote Access Managed Plan that brings Tessitura
Software to the desktops of Tessitura Software license holders via an internet connection. The plan bundles server
hardware, database administration services, backups and other vital services.

Tessitura Software license holders in North America now have the option of either the traditional approach of operating
their own servers and networks or utilizing the RAMP model which delivers Tessitura Software to both PC’s and Macs
over an internet connection. Either way they benefit from the Tessitura Software fully integrated single database arts
management system solution that seamlessly integrates ticketing, subscriptions, marketing, fundraising, memberships,
customer relationship management, reporting and much more. Each Tessitura Software license includes an internet
interface that enables real-time sales, contributions and other vital functions integrated with the websites of each license
holder. There are no internet fees and no restrictions on website design with the Tessitura Software solution.

Tessitura Software is in use by over 190 small, medium and large arts organizations in the USA, Canada, Australia and
the United Kingdom. Markets served include theatres, performing arts centers, orchestras, ballets, operas, museums and
educational institutions.
