This notice is to advise our readers about our updated Press Release / News Policy.
Unlike other companies in the industry who promote and advertise to a great degree and solicit via numerous
salespeople, we focus on exceptional service responsiveness and continual timely updates and enhancements to
Tessitura Software and related interfaces. Our marketing efforts are focused and primarily via inquiries and
conferences and by referral. We have continued to add so many new license holders and sublicense holders that
it would be overly repetitive to continually add press releases / news items to the website. As of the beginning
of 2007 we had over 190 licenses and sublicenses. The Client List on the website is updated frequently.
