Sponsorship of the Tessitura Network Benefits Arts & Cultural Organizations Worldwide

The Tessitura Network conducts an annual Learning and Networking Conference that is the premiere and most valued gathering of arts and cultural organizations in the world.

The Conference is only for license and sublicense holders of Tessitura Software.  It is not a marketing conference and prospective users do not attend.  The open nature of the Tessitura cooperative community encourages sharing of ideas solely for the purpose of improving business practices of arts and cultural organizations and individual knowledge of the organizations’ staff members and executives.

Fees are based on the Network’s actual costs to produce the Conference.  There is no profit motive.  Content is planned by a committee of members.  In 2009, over 700 Network users attended our Conference in San Antonio.  For 2010, attendees will be able to choose from over 170 sessions led by over 300 presenters.  “Tracks” to choose from include the web, ticketing, fundraising, marketing, technology, education, finance and more.  Attendees do not have to pre-select the sessions they will attend, and thus can mix and match sessions based on their specific needs and the needs of their organization.  Many organizations send five to fifteen attendees in order to cover all the content they need and other organizations send one to four.  For organizations that are new to Tessitura, as well as for organizations that have been users for years, the four and one-half day Conference is the one annual learning and networking event that is must-attend.  Much of the time is spent on education and best practice and usage and methods sharing, plus there are many networking opportunities for peer to peer interaction and individual best practice sharing outside of the sessions.  All meals and receptions, with one exception, are included in Conference fees.

We also have a Sponsor Lab at the Conference so that sponsors, if they choose, can have a place where the hundreds of attendees can meet with them and get specific information about products and services.

We welcome and depend on sponsorship funding to help keep Conference fees reasonable.  Funding directly benefits the Tessitura arts and cultural organizations by helping to minimize fees to attend.

Please contact us if you would like to help or to receive further information on sponsorship and the company.  If you prefer a direct contact with our Company Development officer, click here.  Or for our President, click here.

There is no other arts and cultural gathering that brings together so many people from so many different arts and cultural organizations in such an open and information sharing way.  There is no other nonprofit cooperative company in this industry.  There is no company with any fully integrated ticketing/fundraising/marketing/CRM products or services for our industry that are better than Tessitura.

There is no better way for sponsors to expose their focus on the arts and cultural sector or support this sector than sponsor participation at the 2010 Tessitura Learning & Community Conference. We are working hard to increase the value even more and two thirds of the 2010 sessions will focus on strengthening the bottom line, enhancing productivity and using Tessitura’s out-of-the-box functionality.  Again, we need your support; please contact us if you would like to help or to receive further information on sponsorship and the company.

We also have a “preferred provider”and “technology partner” program within which there are sponsorship programs outside of the Conference.  We have high standards and the only companies that make it into our preferred program are those that offer best of breed services and products in this industry, and those that are willing to provide Tessitura Network preferred pricing and programs that are truly favorable and delivered directly from the company.  We do not work through channel distributors for preferred programs.  We work directly.  A status of this type is a direct introduction to hundreds of arts and cultural organizations and our recommendations are trusted by our users.  To discuss this program, select the “other inquiry” option under contact us.
