Implementations: Installation, Configuration, Training & Conversion

The Tessitura Network team works with your organization to implement your Tessitura Software and considers each organization a unique project with its own specifications. Each organization is assigned an Implementation Specialist who works with all facets of your implementation, with both your staff and the Network Team, to assure that the software is configured to meet your business needs.

Implementation services include:

  • Application training using “train the trainer” methodology

Support

A core network service for this mission-driven organization are the support services assured for license holders.  24x7 support is provided globally based on comprehensive support standards.  Support is unlimited.   When new versions are released, all license holders upgrade within 90 days.  As all Tessitura Software license holders are on the same version of the same software,  efficient support is able to be provided by all support personnel.  An online support issue handling system ensures efficient tracking and handling by all people involved. 


 

Consulting

Tessitura consulting is involved from the pre-license phase through the life cycle of software use, as needed.  Services start with consulting for installation and configuration and then flow to data conversion and hands-on training. 

Post-implementation, if more is needed beyond comprehensive Network Support, the Network Consulting team assists with everything from custom screen development to custom reporting to usage reviews, refresher training and much more. 

Consulting services include:

  • Assessment of Tessitura usage within the organization
  • Consortia best practices - advice and counsel
  • Website optimization and code review
  • Customization of constituent header information
  • Custom screens and tables
  • General and functional training in all areas

EDUCATION and Learning Resource information

Tessitura documentation and learning tools lead the industry:

  • Thousands of pages of documentation are provided all including screen examples and a step-by-step approach.  The documentation is available for users via the website and through contextualized help from within the Tessitura application.
  • Web-based training sessions on topics from basic to advanced are available to license holders. Dozens are conducted real-time each year.  Participants are able to ask questions real-time to build knowledge after each presentation.   Webinars vary from functional learning to new release information to product and service overviews.
  • T-Classes are e-learning tools covering basic and advanced Tessitura functionality.  They are self-paced, include voice and screen views at a comfortable and adjustable pace.  Learning questions are asked at various points. Use of these classes saves basic training time.
  • The annual Tessitura Learning & Community Conference is the leading conference offered in our industry, featuring education training sessions, inspirational sessions planned by the users and presented by the users and networking opportunities to enhance and build the Network community.
