Tessitura Europe Community Week: Future in|sight
7 – 11 December 2020
Join us for a week of activity to celebrate our community!
This year has seen our community face many challenges, and whilst there still may be more to overcome, the future is in sight.
The arts and cultural sector have shown strength and resilience during 2020, as organisations have adjusted and remodelled to focus on reopening.
November would have seen the Tessitura Europe community spending time together in Southampton for the Tessitura Europe Conference 2020, and although we are disappointed that face to face meetings are postponed, there is still an exciting opportunity to gather and welcome the entire global community to join in.
Now is the time to refocus and consider new ways of working, whether you are new to Tessitura, have taken on new roles and responsibilities or you are leading streamlined teams, Tessitura Europe Community Week is an opportunity to learn, gain insight, find inspiration and celebrate our community and its future.
From Monday 7 to Friday 11 December, join us for a series of virtual events. All events are free and you are encouraged to attend with colleagues. Topics and themes include:
- Business and technology updates, the future of memberships and preparing for v16
- Strategic focuses on CRM, forecasting, change management and leadership
- Opportunities to hear from your peers across the industry with user led case studies
- Training across ticketing and fundraising
- Virtual networking and Open Space discussions
Accessibility
We endeavour to provide inclusive and accessible events. Closed captioning will be available where possible. Presenters will also provide audible descriptions of visual components of presentations. If you have any questions or concerns about accessibility, please do not hesitate to get in touch with Becky Shepherd.
