Executives — from CEOs to future leaders — will find an expanded slate of programming at TLCC2019. Executive content will run over all five days of the conference, and we will host our second invitation-only Leadership Summit at TLCC. Both opportunities provide peer-group discussions, moments of reflection, focused networking opportunities, and presentations by prominent executives from the global Tessitura community.

Whether you're seeking to facilitate change from the top down or by advocating from the bottom up, you will gain valuable skills, insights, and perspective in content built for you. Executive content is included in the price of TLCC registration and does not require additional registration. There is lots to look forward to.
A collection of workshops and case studies will help you shorten your learning curve and advance your business by exploring what data-driven culture looks like, developing key performance indicators, and considering strategies to intentionally deepen audience engagement at your organization.
Focused networking opportunities
A networking dinner and interactive workshops facilitate connections with like-minded individuals.
The five workshops are conceptually designed with an arc of content, where you can participate extensively and reflect deeply on important strategic topics. While attendance at all sessions is not required, it is recommended.
After five days, you'll leave with momentum, a clear direction of where to go, and knowledge of how to get there.
Additional sessions developed by the Planning Committee will be tagged with the “EXEC” keyword in the TLCC Portal. We anticipate that topics of interest to executives and leaders will also surface in Open Space Discussions on site, which are opportunities for intimate, small-group conversations. These are powerful discussions where the topics are determined by the people in the room. If there is something important you want to talk about, bring it to Open Space Discussions!

Leadership Summit 2019 at TLCC
We will host our third Leadership Summit at TLCC2019, July 27–29. Once the Summit has concluded, most attendees stay for the remainder of TLCC.
Leadership Summit is designed to connect leaders with leaders and provide a program that delivers immediate value to those attending. Approximately 100 organizational leaders will be enlightened and challenged by case studies presented by prominent executives from the Tessitura global community and the peer-group discussions that accompany them. The atmosphere promotes frank, open conversations with some of the best and the brightest minds working in arts and culture. Focused networking opportunities and assigned peer groups further encourage the sharing of ideas. Invitations are extended to organization heads from each Tessitura powered organization, select organizational primary deputies, and Tessitura Network Board members.
Attendees from previous years found that “every session was valuable,” inspiring new thinking to strengthen their organizations and providing time to re-examine the responsibility required of great leaders. One executive said of the presentations, "all were highly relevant and I took something important from all of them." Moreover, participants left with ideas to apply at their organizations — as one attendee put it, “concepts that we have been talking about crystallized in my thinking and became actionable” and another said, "information was easily digestible and provided immediate, mid-term, and long term action items."
Other executives and aspirational leaders are encouraged to complete a self-nomination process. Acceptance is subject to space availability and the volume of nominations received. Nominees will receive notification on the status of their submission by March 31.
