You’ll want to clone yourself as you choose from the rich content at TLCC. There are over 200 pre-planned dynamic sessions covering how-to’s, case studies, insights, and emerging trends. Onsite, the community will add over 100 discussion topics. Jump into the topics that best fit your needs, and gain the tools and knowledge to make the most impact at your organization. The Planning Committee, consisting of Tessitura users from across the community, and Tessitura Network staff have created a dynamic schedule for you.

Open Space Discussions
If you got together with 2,000 members of the arts and cultural world, what topics would you most want to discuss?
This is the heart of our Open Space Discussions. During Open Space Discussions, the agenda is created by the people in the room, providing multiple opportunities for intimate, small-group conversations. So if something is important enough for you to want to talk about, it’s important enough to bring to Open Space Discussions.
Worried that you don’t have a topic of your own? Your colleagues will have numerous topics for you to explore. However you choose to participate, in Open Space Discussions you will find yourself having passionate conversations with other people keen to discuss the same ideas. Open Space Discussions are Monday-Wednesday.

10-Minute Tessitura & 10-Minute Partners
Looking for a quick overview of features, products, or services before sessions begin? Thinking about attending an introductory Training session at TLCC, but can’t tell your TNEW from your TRBO? After you check in, stop by the 10-Minute Tessitura and 10-Minute Partners stages on Sunday morning to hear informal short talks and demos from Tessitura staff and a few of our Conference sponsors. Come and go as you please, and learn a little bit about a lot of different things in the Tessitura universe. For more information on these topics, attend a Training or Info session or visit the Solution Center or Sponsor Zone during the week.
New for 2019, we're expanding these programs throughout the week. Check back on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday before lunch for more opportunities for bite-sized learning.
It's time for some magical moments! If you have a simple solution, smart idea, or creative Tessitura innovation to share, this is your scene. While we hope you’ll be at TLCC to share your ideas in person, Mini-Magic is a great way to get involved even if you can't attend. How do you know if your ideas are magical? Everything from custom screens and reports to creative shortcuts and more all qualify as magic. We’re looking for the tips and tricks that have solved a problem or made your life easier. Need inspiration? Check out our Mini-Magic 2018 archive.
For Magic: By Design, show us your best ticket or membership card design, your most creative QuickSale or TRBO sales layout, or a good-looking report or Tessitura Analytics dashboard. Magic: By Design is a chance to showcase the creative side of Tessitura. This includes clever uses of user-defined elements on tickets, receipts, or headers; charts in a report; or color palettes and buttons on a QuickSale screen.
All submissions are due by Friday, July 12. To participate, prepare your submission in either the Mini-Magic template (full 3+ page stories) or the Magic: By Design template (a single slide for designs, sales layouts, reports, or dashboards). Then use our TLCC2019 Mini-Magic Submission form. After you submit your solution, we’ll prepare it for display at the Conference. If you have any questions, get in touch with email@example.com.
Do you work with one of our ecosystem partners via the phone or email? Is there an integration or service you’ve been curious about but don’t know where to start? TLCC is your chance to meet our partners face-to-face and learn what they offer that may enhance your organization’s productivity. Sponsors are available at their tables in the Sponsor Zone throughout TLCC. You don’t need an appointment. Just drop by, take a seat, and ask your questions.

Come enjoy TN Inspire! - our fast-paced speaker series. Presenting on a passion of their choice, speakers will have exactly 5 minutes to teach something, enlighten us, or simply inspire.
