iWave Information Systems, the makers of Prospect Research Online (PRO), is pleased to announce PRO’s integration with Tessitura Network.

Tessitura is a leading provider of software to arts, cultural, and entertainment organizations and their CRM is a fully integrated system that allows users to easily view a patron’s history with the organization. The PRO-Tessitura integration will enable organizations to fundraise more efficiently and effectively by gaining deeper insight into a donor’s propensity, affinity, and capacity to give without leaving the Tessitura software.

Tactics for success

This integration was created as a result of the requests and inquiries by joint clients of iWave and Tessitura. Both iWave and Tessitura have built their software with a focus on listening and adapting to the needs of valued clients so creating this integration was a no-brainer for both organizations.

“Our partnership with iWave has enabled our Community to strategically target fundraising goals and create specific tactics for success,” said Jack Rubin, President of Tessitura Network. “The integration adds value by allowing our users to know each individual patron’s capacity for giving, and also the likelihood of each prospect supporting their mission, all within the fully unified, cross-functional Tessitura system tailor-made for the arts and cultural sectors.”

“Developing this integration was an easy decision for us,” said iWave CEO Gerry Lawless.  “Many of our clients use Tessitura, so for them we hope access to powerful prospect and donor insights within their CRM, makes their donor research and fundraising just a little bit easier.”

Quick access

With this integration PRO users will have quick access to a constituent’s wealth, biographical, and philanthropic background.  As a start, the PROscore summary within the donor record will include: an overall PROscore, Propensity, Affinity and Capacity Ratings, Estimated Giving Capacity, Planned Giving – Bequest, Trust, Annuity, Value of Real Estate Properties, and Value of Donations given to your and other organizations.  This information is derived from over 800 million wealth, biographical and philanthropic records within PRO.

About Tessitura Network

Tessitura was built from the ground up to specifically help arts and cultural organizations be successful. The functionality is equally strong for ticketing/admissions, memberships, fundraising, reporting/ analysis, and marketing; at its core is a powerful constituent management system designed for Customer Relationship Management. The business model is designed to benefit users – not to pay off investors, shareholders, or venture capitalists. Tessitura Network has not just promised new functionality; Tessitura has delivered new releases every year of operations and priorities are informed by users. Critically, unlike competition in this sector that promises integration between systems, Tessitura is one fully and seamlessly unified database for full enterprise operations.

After fifteen years of operations, Tessitura continues to expand rapidly serving theatres, museums, dance companies, performing arts centers, attractions, operas, festivals, symphony orchestras, galleries, and more. 2015 saw the largest growth ever with licence holders operating in Australia, Canada, Denmark, Ireland, New Zealand, Sweden, the United Kingdom and the United States.  The hosted deployment model of Tessitura enables quick deployment via the internet. The popular Tessitura Express Web service enables licence holders to operate flexibly and to maximize online revenue. Organizations of all sizes are empowered to use Tessitura in a way that best suits their needs – either “out of the box” or as a platform for innovation. Tessitura is proud to be a member owned and governed non-profit with a self-sufficient business model.
