Beth Gilliland joined the Tessitura Network in 2014 as a Documentation and Product Specialist and loves helping people get the most out of Tessitura!

After five years at the network, she's transitioned into the role of Learning Engineer, interacting with various types of technology used to create resources for learning. Along with overseeing updates and upgrades to the TN Express Web Help System, she also assists with hosting webinars, producing video training for TCPD courses, and works on training session content for the annual TLCC conference. Previously, Beth worked for seven years with UMS in Ann Arbor, Michigan as a Box Office Assistant, Gift Processor, IT Assistant and finally the Tessitura System Administrator during their Tessitura implementation in 2010.
