Enterprise Consulting

Optimize Your Business

Business knowledge matched with technical expertise

Tessitura technology powers your business. Enterprise consulting helps advance it.

Enterprise Consulting — just like Tessitura Software — is tailor-made for arts and culture. Our consultants bring together extensive experience from across the sector and access to the cumulative knowledge of the Tessitura Network community. This combination of business and technical know-how make us uniquely positioned to help propel your success. Our philosophy is simple: engagement leads to revenue. With that in mind, a single idea, to intentionally deepen engagement and access, guides our work.

“Our team worked with Enterprise on a short engagement that is paying big dividends. They gave us a clear roadmap to follow, recommending several relatively easy changes we were able to do ourselves to better manage our marketing attribution. This was a critical step to making better data-driven decisions to direct our resources, saving time and money.”
